Site Development Plan
Tranche 4 of Montecito is the final tranche in the development. It consists of 32 lots with a size range of 745 sqm - 1,113 sqm. The Greenway lots in this tranche are unique in all of Montecito because the greenways are located in front of the lot. These greenways allow a wider and more scenic streetscape. Houses here will have a deeper setback from the road, and will thus be both more private and quieter. Residents will also be able to enjoy a longer driveway, which will give a more impressive home façade. The greenways in this tranche also connect to a bike trail that leads to the Pasa Tiempo grounds.

Twin Lakes
